“All the staff were very courteous. From check-in to departure was pleasant. The second floor bar, The Eddy, was comfortable with delicious cocktails. The restaurant offered delicious wines and pastas! We ordered a light dinner from room service one evening and it arrived in the cutest picnic basket! And the lobby area is roomy and comfortable to just hang out, have a coffee, and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit. ”

“I was there for the Big Sugar gravel ride, and the staff was so accommodating - let me keep my bike in my room and also let me clean up and change in a locker room area after I'd checked out. It was convenient to bike to the start on the pathway. Also, I noticed (too late to use!) the bike wash station outside. I didn't have a chance to use all of the facilities, restaurant, etc. but it all seemed great. ”

“Such a beautiful hotel. The lobby area is gorgeous and homey, their coffee bar is delicious, and the staff was friendly! The rooms are VERY small, not in a bad way, but it’s good to know. Everything was clean and orderly. The location on downtown bentonville was the best part though!”

Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, and we also enjoyed the coffee and breakfast as well. The location is very convenient too - right off the highway and near plenty of shopping. “Best hotel in its price bracket, and maybe the next one up! The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, and the property modern and welcoming. The rooms have more than enough outlets for USB devices to charge. Large televisions, as well as a little kitchenette that comes in really handy to reheat leftovers after eating out. Element has the best free hotel breakfast, hands down, with options for vegetarian and vegan diets. There’s always a lovely lady there making a different...
