“Only reason why I give it 4 stars because housekeeping didn’t come not one time to my hotel room to clean but they cleaned the other rooms on the floor. They didn’t replace no towel, no rag, no anything. I literally have to wait till they reach to my floor so I can ask for the items. I even asked front desk for towels and rags and they said they be right up and never showed up at all. But everything else is fine just wish they have more eating options and a casino or something for the adults...

“After checking in, I was charged two additional charges for no apparent reason. I called the front desk to ask why, but I received no reasonable explanation, and they simply told me that I had to pay the amount. It was ridiculously expensive.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The mini fridge, microwave and table with 2 chairs are good accommodations to have a casual meal or snack and avoid the need to eat out. The staff was friendly and helpful. I received an upgrade to my room on the day I checked in since it was off season and there were open rooms. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay so close to the beach.”

“Grandissimo hotel con casinò. Una piccola città allinterno con negozi ristoranti discoteca ecc ecc. Il parcheggio è a pagamento. 15 dollari al giorno. Se si soggiorna c'è uno sconto di 5 dollari”

“Prezzi carissimi, struttura in stile retrò ma più che retrò è proprio scaduta, marcia, andata! Piscina putrida (prob non la puliscono dagli anni ‘60). Bagno della stanza piccolissimo. Pulizia della stanza non fatta, abbiam dovuto chiamare in reception per richiederla. Phon in stanza non presente. Meta da evitare. ”

“stanza sporca con capelli neri ovunque, struttura praticamente con zero servizio, immensa, caotica, con scarse indicazioni per la reception, impossibile perfino fermarsi per scaricare i bagagli per il check in senza pagare il parcheggio $15 (cosa non menzionata da nessuna parte). Tante perdite di tempo. Totale assenza di gestione e indifferenza nei confronti del cliente. Addebito di resort tax $38…per che cosa? Brutta esperienza. Peccato perché la struttura in sé è notevole e bella.”

“Bell'albergo, pulito. Carina l'idea dell'aperitivo dal lunedì al giovedì. Colazione buona e varia. Camera molto spaziosa. ”

“Beautiful space. The weather was cold while we were at LBI but you almost don’t need to leave this hotel, it’s really nice inside and the pool is indoor but has a windowed ceiling and you feel like you are outside.”
