“The only regret has been not having booked more nights. Awesome place, very good host, very friendly animals all around. If I have to find an improvement, breakfast is quite basic.”

“The accommodation was great, the bed gave me a better sleep than my own (Must do something about that) However, the pull down blind on the front door allowed for voyerism. Definitely not satisfactory. Occupants of next unit had same concerns.”

“What a wonderful stay in Dunedin! From the moment I arrived, the property had everything I could have wanted — nothing was missing. The location is absolutely perfect. Waking up to a stunning ocean view from the balcony was a real highlight, and stepping out for a morning/afternoon walk along the beach couldn't have been easier. It's also great to have coffee spots at both ends of the street — a lovely bonus whether you're heading out for the day or winding down in the evening. Great Italian...

“It was lovely accommodation. Really nice location. A little tricky checking in because they hadn't received the email from expedia yet. The couch is used as a pull out bed which is fine but very uncomfortable for sitting on. That is the only complaint, which we did mention to them as well.”

“Parking was really good - easy access to room etc. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Convenient location to the shops in Mosgiel. The only observation i would make is that there is nowhere in the bathroom to stack your clean cloths when you have a shower. They could have done with a simple towel/cloths rack of even a little table. Regardless we had a lovely stay thank you”
