“Had to pay extra for top pool and fitness equipment, stayed 6 nights couldn’t get a room clean. Had to ask for water clean towels, lovely place but service lets it down”

“Premesso che ho scelto la struttura esclusivamente per la infinity pool e per la view, sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalla camera (una suite ampia, minimal ma dotata di ogni comfort, pulizia ok ma migliorabile) ma oggettivamente allo stesso prezzo forse meglio scegliere strutture più centrali per evitare gli spostamenti in taxi o grab (non ci sono mezzi nei dintorni).”

“hotel in a central area, convenient for getting around. excellent services. in the hall there is also a small supermarket open until late. nearby excellent places to drink and eat. the room is a mini apartment with kitchen, modern bathroom, living room and bed with a spectacular view of the city. clean and organized environments. a wonderful swimming pool on the terrace. excellent quality/price ratio ”

“Best hotel we have ever stayed at in Malaysia. Everything was perfect and the hotel’s facilities were impeccable. Both pools had incredible view. Cleaning was everyday and they always provided toiletries, coffee, tea and water. Security downstairs was amazing, they were very nice and amicable and would always open the doors for us. The hotel is so close to the centre and our room had a view of the Petronas tower, it was simply stunning. If we ever come back to KL, star suites klcc will...

“Ideal location as it is very close to KLCC. There is MRT station at walkable distance, restaurants at walkable distance, and even hospital right across from hotel. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. James and Michael specially were very courteous.”
