“This hotel is a bit run-down, for a 4 star. carpet was dirty, electricity socket was coming out of its place and various other small things. But worst of all was the level of service. i asked for a wake up call and they forgot, I needed to make a local outbound call and they said I couldn't because I didn't leave a deposit (not true), after some struggle we solved this and the following day same thing, they wouldn't let me do a local outbound call, I've had to speak to the manager. “Fuss free check in. Had initial issue with WiFi, but host was aware and the repair was made within 30mins of us arriving. Late check out was accommodated.”

“This is a basic, no frills hotel which it does really well. Set in an authentic row of shops with traditional food nearby. Perfect to lay your head down after a busy day in the city. If you want swimming pools and gyms, this isn’t for you. If you want affordable and simple safe place to sleep with good air on, go for it.”

“Room is spotless. Very clean and can walk around barefooted. The decor is good and spacious. Well equipped with microwave oven, fridge, kettle, induction stove, cutleries and all. ”

“The location of the boutique hotel is very strategic as it is located opposite MRT. Sunway Giza and Sunway Nexis are located at two different ends of the shop row. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable and sufficiently accommodate two persons. The only con is the poor sound proofing system. We could hear what the others from the corridor talked about.”
