“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“The hotel is in a very good position for starting to travel around the Monter Fuji and Ashi lake. Really near the train station. Hakone is not a good city for fun but it's perfect for relaxing the last days of your travel (2 days max). To see the Monte Fuji is enchanting.”

“Everything about the stay here was exceptional. Staff were incredibly well mannered and couldn't do enough to help us. We were able to get a pick up from Gora station to the hotel, and found it to be an easy experience. ”

“We were on our honeymoon and when we told them they upgraded us to a jr suite. The view of the hotel is beautiful, actually the only place we got to see Mt. Fuji from, because of all the clouds and fog. The only thing bad to say about the hotel is that there is not much around it for places to eat especially breakfast, which for us was a bit to expensive €20 in two. We found a place called Bakery and Table i think in Moto-Hakone-ko close to the bus station. But beautiful view and great hotel!”
