“The bathroom needed work, the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, there were gaping holes in the counter where I assume Kleenex and a different type of tp holder had been. The beds have all metal frames and squeak terribly with every move. Not great.”

“The place looked coean and renovated. There was less guests stayin by looking at the parking lot at 10 pm. So we wondered why we were given the room next to the laundry and in the basement. The walls were too thin as we can hear the washing machine and doors closing. Its too late to change rooms as the noise was happening while we were sleeping and we were to tired to move.”

“I recently stayed here for two nights while traveling alone. Traveling on my own, I thought it would be nice to treat myself and stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
Upon arrival, I was informed that there is a $500 fine for smoking in the room, which is completely understandable. However, what was not explained was the significant amount that would be placed on hold on my credit card...
