“Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura come base di appoggio per visitare le Thousand Islands. L'hotel è collegato alla Queens university ed è sede di congressi, dotato di camere pulite e spaziose nonchè di parcheggio gratuito. Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile.Nelle immediate vicinanze non c'è nulla ma spostandosi con l'auto a 5 minuti ci sono ristoranti e locali vari. ”

“Siamo tornati in questo hotel visto che era in strada per andare a Toronto, c'eravamo già stati all'andata verso Quebec City. La struttura è carina, in un quartiere tranquillissimo e silenzioso. All'arrivo la camera assegnata aveva un cattivo odore pertanto lo abbiamo segnalato subito e ci hanno immediatamente dato una nuova stanza scusandosi cento volte per l'accaduto. “Very disappointing, the room and the bed sheets were fragrant of cheap perfume spray cleaning products. The parking lot was not kept safe with cleared pathways or salted. The pool was closed every day for hours because of private bookings. ”

“Staff were pleasant and friendly, the room was average, the bed was itchy, the shower was tired, the breakfast items were terrible (scrambled eggs had a dry crusty top but watery on the bottom of the serving dish, the hashbrowns were hard, crunchy, the ham seemed to be slices from a grocery store package, a mixture of slimy and dry) Fitness room had items under repair. Will cross this one off my list for future business stays.”
