“DONT STAT THERE!
Absolutely filthy. Hair everywhere. In the bed and between the sheets and all over the washroom. My mother and my room both. Toilet had that ring around the water where you know it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.
We told them about it they apologized but didn't send anyone to clean it even though we were there for two nights.”
