Hotel all inclusive in Canada

“Property could use a refresh but nothing major. Everything was comfortable and in working order. Pool/beach service is an absolute bonus. Restaurant was great for breakfast. Cleaning was hit and miss, we asked for bare minimum, empty garbage and ensure clean towels - had to follow up a few times. Would definitely stay again. ”

Grounds are beautiful and well looked after, staff are all helpful, professional and friendly, specifically Michelle at the front desk who was fantastic and helped us switch to a a lakeview suite for part of our stay.
