Hotel all inclusive in Canada

“Exceptional welcome to the hotel with complimentary glass of champagne and access keys to pool while we waited for our room(we arrived ahead of check-in time). We were given towels and water to take to the pool. Beautiful view from our room and private patio as well as a jetted tub, fireplace, robes and sandals. Our meals and servers were amazing and the room service was fast and friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend this resort to friends and family. First class service!”

“Check in was friendly and smooth. Our room was 114 at the end and it was very clean and big. Even ground floor rooms are raised so it still feels private. Unfortunately we are only passing through, staying one night, and didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the amenities. Dinner at the restaurant was enjoyable. “-mold in shower -house keeping left waste bins outside of our room. Food debris lingered on the carpet in that location for duration of stay -no handsoap in room upon checking. Took two hours and multiple calls to reception to get soap.”
