“We needed a last-minute place to stay and stumbled across this hotel; what a great find! The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the team couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. The hotel has a really good feel; tidy, well laid out, and perfectly located for everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Our room was very clean. Check in was very smooth. You have to register your vehicle at check in to get parking. I myself am coeliac ,and the staff in the resteraunt were absolutely brilliant. The room was a good size twin room with en-suite shower, TV, dressing table. Facility to make tea, coffee available in room and toiletries for washing in bathroom. “Sono stata in hotel per una notte, premetto che non conosco l'inglese... La zona non sarà delle migliori, ma è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione... Io l'ho fatto da sola di notte e senza problemi. L'hotel non è sicuramente quello che si può descrivere con un "wow", ma era molto pulito. In camera c'erano ventilatore, stufa, scalda acqua e microonde, oltre ovviamente alla tv. Per quel che mi serviva, ossia dormire una notte, era più che perfetta! Il mio encomio va al proprietario,...

“Alloggiato in camera singola. Spazio troppo angusto, bagno piccolo, direi impiccato. Impossibile lavarsi la faccia senza bagnare il pavimento. Camera comunque pulita, doccia in ordine e dimensioni normali. Personale gentile e affibile. Ottima colazione. Sicuramente la camera doppia sarà sicuramente più spaziosa. Ottima qualità del sonno.”

The air conditioning was a massive bonus on one of the hottest day of the year and with us bringing our dog, our room had its own patio and direct access onto the gardens , which was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and professional with a superb breakfast. I Would definitely recommend for a special occasion stay.”

“This site was just greenspace on the edge of an industrial estate when I grew up here and it seemed a little weird pulling into an area where I had my first driving lessons on a Saturday morning as it was all but deserted over the weekend. Not now, there's a busy looking pub literally staggering distance away, the ubiquitous Greggs, few other structures the purpose of which didn't register. Very quiet, all I can hear is doves cooing. Staff friendly, nice to even have staff, last place I stayed...
