“The staff in the breakfast area were absolutely incredible- so welcoming and friendly. The customer service was over the top from them. Room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot and area seemed very safe. The only opportunity for improvement is the fitness center. It is small - at least they did have free weights, but could use an update. ”

“It took over an hour and half to check in, the rooms not what you expect them to be. The bed moves and make loud noise when you sit on it. The pool was freezing cold, I was told they would come check it but nobody came. This was my second time at this hotel and I had an horrible experience! ”

“Visiting Memphis and decided to stay outside the city given our budget and having heard mixed reviews of staying in the city of Memphis with some reviewers feeling unsafe…it did the job for a night so we could visit Memphis (~25 min away by car) but the hotel does not have a pool as advertised, the bathroom seemed old, and the deadbolt of our door has been broken off and the hotel had no more rooms so we had to sleep without the deadbolt. The breakfast in the morning was decent and the assistant...

“My stay was okay overall, and the staff was friendly and helpful during my visit. However, I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that the hotel was undergoing renovations, as this impacted the experience more than expected. I also think the hotel could be clearer about their guest policies before booking, as this information would have been helpful to know in advance.”

“Carpet by the window was soaking wet as well as the the back wall. Hotel stated they were full and couldn't move me to a different room. I had prepaid for a king sweet and got a double with soggy wet carpet. The manager has reached out saying they will refund my money and take the room out of circulation until properly fix. Ide like to know how room service didnt notice it...did they actually clean the room?”

“Absolutely disgusting room and was told they would move me to a different room with a king bed and a pull out couch and the bed in the couch wouldn’t even pull out and the lady staff member couldn’t even open it. Then they refused to give me a refund after I could. It even stay there. The man on staff in the morning was very unprofessional and rude. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!”
