“The hotel breakfast was very accommodating and the kids loved the pool. ”

“Quick stay for work. Got in late and just went to sleep. Comfortable room no complaints there. Next morning opened the window and noticed how dirty the room was. Not typical for this chain and may have been a fluke. Notified desk at check out and staff was very apologetic.”

“Front desk clerk was very nice. The issue I had was that there were no bath towels in the room, and I didn’t realize it until 4:00am when I had to shower.”

“Airport Shuttle was good until it wasn’t. The pick up was great. The way back though, an appointment was made for 7:30am only to be told that the shuttle didn’t start til 8:00am even though the sign and desk clerk night before said 7:00am start for shuttle. The room was filthy. The floors need mopped, the walls need washed. It was pretty disgusting & sketchy. Probably a great location for shady activities but I’d steer clear with a family. ”
