The Space:

The home features four comfortable bedrooms, including a king primary suite, plus two full bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body wash included. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances has all cookware, dishes, utensil and small appliances that you'd need. We also include coffee, creamer and sugar.



Upstairs, a private loft-style bedroom offers added flexibility with its own workspace and bathroom. Step outside to a fully fenced backyard with patio seating and a 6-person hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Overland Park and nearby Kansas City.



For added convenience, there is a full-size front loading washer/dryer for guest use.



Guest Access:

Guests can enjoy the entire property, other than the garage, which is not for guest use. This house is self check-in with Wifi lock.

Downtown Overland Park’s charming past and small-town flavor have grown into a modern and vast array of nearly 300 locally owned and operated businesses. The area is known for its strong community and thriving farmer’s market – as well as great food, the arts, and friendly local businesses lining the walkable streets.

Easily navigated by car. Ride Share options are plentiful.

House Rules:

-No smoking of any kind in the house, including vaping.

-Parties/events/loud noise are not allowed.

-Only guests that are on the reservation are permitted on the premises.

-Illegal activity is prohibited to include, but not limited to, drug activity, prostitution and illegal possession of firearms.

-No weapons or firearms of any kind are allowed.

-We only allow pets with responsible pet owners. Pet owners are expected to pick up after their pet, not allow excessive barking. Any pet damage would be the responsibility of the pet owner. TWO PET MAXIMUM, NO CATS.

-GARAGE NOT FOR GUEST USE FOR PARKING.



*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.



KC Stay upholds the stated cancellation policy for all reservations, including inclement weather and medical emergencies. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance either through the website you are booking on, or a separate policy. Requests to alter dates that are within the cancellation time frame are subject to be declined.
