The house has all the amenities needed in a great neighborhood. It’s an older house and could use some touch up to feel cleaner. The host was a good communicator when we had a question even though it wasn’t completely resolved. Overall a good stay.

Overland Park House

Our group included both adults and older children. There was enough activities, such as a pool table and arcade gaming system, for everyone. Plenty of beds, which was great. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Great host, great stay!

Andrew was super responsive and anything we needed or couldn't find, he helped us with. The house was perfect for our large group. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and within a quick drive to food, stores, etc. The amenities (pool table, outdoor games, indoor games, home gym, etc.) were great and entertained everyone from ages 8 to 75! We would absolutely come again.

Really enjoy the property. It was what we needed to host our Christmas Eve party. Only downside of it all is the cleanness. I really wish that it was more clean. It was a lot of hair just around and no cleaning supplies really too wipe down anything besides that enjoyed our time thanks For opening your home.

The house is beautifull.....all spaces are very well distributed and there was a comfortable bed for all our family members! We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard were we had a chance to relax and talk. My family and I enjoyed our time ....just relaxing and preparing for my daughters wedding.. Great home and neighborhood

The house appears small from the outside but it’s very spacious with lots of room for everyone. Also the tv room in basement with a gym is exceptional. The kids enjoyed the pool table in the garage over all a great place to stay and would stay again

Dance Comp weekend

We stayed with a couple of families for a dance comp weekend! It’s 10 mins away from the convention center. It’s an old house but we absolutely love it! The kids liked it! Very accommodating for families and groups. We would be happy to book again!
