Great house! Full of amenities! Property host awesome!!

We had a great stay! House was just as described! Clean, cozy updated decor with plenty of room and kitchen stocked well with enough to cook meals! Ping pong and pool table were a nice extra! Host responded quickly to questions we had! Would absolutely stay here again! Only recommendation would be black out curtains over the blinds. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very Nice property

We had a great time here. We had 1 of our married kids and 3 granddaughters come with us and our other 2 kids and a wife along with our grandson who live in KC join us for most of the days. It was very spacious and met our needs. There was a pool table and ping pong table in the basement and a full backyard. Great kitchen with updated appliances. Easy access to interstates to explore the city

Overland Park

The house was very roomy and comfortable. The location was great. Just a few minor things - there was no informational binder for how things worked like wi-fi and the front door lock. (We did find the wi-fi password eventually on the internet box.) Had trouble locking the front door lock and when contacted VRBO, they referred us to another number and texted twice and never heard back. Needs more coffee mugs for that large of a house and at least one softer mattress. (They were too firm for seniors with sore joints.) The master bathroom toilet had to be fixed each time to flush.

Nice house in a great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this home! The living room furniture and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the well-stocked cookware and dishware -- we had what we needed to prepare meals when we didn't feel like going out. Our granddaughter enjoyed the nearby neighborhood park, which was about a 10 minute easy walk from the house. We will keep this house in mind for future visits to Overland Park.

They like their cleaner. We wish the house was clean.

The property was older, in a safe neighborhood and suited our needs. When we checked in, we noticed that the microwave was very dirty, the downstairs had not been vacuumed and the left a spray bottle on a bed. Their only solution was to allow the cleaner back in to do her job while we were there (only 2 days)

Cozy OP house

House is roomy w/ plenty of space to eat, hangout, work. Needs some minor sprucing up (broken blinds in bedroom) and some more plates and glasses in kitchen (mostly plastic plates and cups). Overall a good deal for the price. Had a good stay.

The property was great. We had everything we would need just like at home. Lots of towels, comfortable beds. TVs in most all rooms, kitchen had anything you would need. The host Amy was great , responsive and there to help if we needed anything. I would stay again and recommend to friends or family.

The house was great. Everything you need to cook and serve 6 adults and more. Rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Never been to Kansas City before but enjoyed the area and the experience was nothing but positive.

Great house! Tons of room!

This was a great house. It’s huge! The sofas and TVs are great. The game room downstairs is awesome, although we didn’t use it. The kitchen is really nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very good. Communication is excellent! I will definitely stay here again.

OP Family Home met our size, location, amenity, and budget needs perfectly. Overall it was easy and comfortable. As the pictures show, the decor is dated, but it’s clean and everything works.

Awesome the place was beautiful. We had a lot of room for the 7 people that we had the little problem that we had it was sloved in about 10 minutes the host was very helpful and very friendly which made the stay more enjoyable it's all about showing love and respect for one another we would definitely stay again i would give the host and property house a ten we had a wonderful experience from mw and wm from Michigan peace and love tes.in 1010 minutes. 10 minutes

Softball Tournament

Came up for a 4 day softball tournament. My staff and i really enjoyed the place. It was perfect for what we needed for sure. We play this tournament every Summer definitely will look to stay here again

Pictures are Worth a 1000 Words

The photos of the property are not deceiving. It served our purpose in all ways, but the quality could be improved easily as mentioned in other guest reviews (i.e. fully stocked kitchen, such as pots/pans, carpet, etc.). Between each visit, the cleaning team needs to thoroughly inspect the kitchen each time. Those pesky guests don't necessarily clean up to the standard you wish. The dishes were caked w/ food, the stove top, etc. were still dirty, items in the washer, etc. Easy fix. Appreciated the number of bathrooms, the bedsheets were wonderful, quality hangers, and the convenient location was very helpful. Plenty of gathering areas for friends to visit. Could easily control the room temperatures. Nice fridge with filtered water, water pressure throughout the house was AWESOME.

Spacious Home!

We rented this property due to its location for volleyball tournament events! It's a very spacious home in a quiet neighborhood! Our kids loved the downstairs with the pool table and ping pong table! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!
