Hotel vicino a Overlook Drive-In Theater - Poughkeepsie

“We had a big storm that caused major power outages for several days in our area. So, we decided to stay there for a couple of days. The place is incredibly dated and the included breakfast shouldn't be considered a breakfast. The gym wasn't a gym. Two treadmills and an elliptical machine. Nothing else! It was close to home and ok for our purpose.”

“Out kids really enjoyed the basketball court and mini golf course. Breakfast was not bad at all. Especially the breakfast carnita tacos. They have the best shampoo ever too!”

“Second stay, will definitely be back. Super friendly and accommodating. Check in was great, cleanliness was great, peace was amazing. Fire pit, pool, doggy areas. Can’t ask for anything more. 10/10”

“The Bellefield Hyde Park was the perfect choice for us. Our room was equipped with a small kitchen area. We had a beautiful view and everything was well appointed. The only concern I have is that the AC makes a loud noise went on all night the fan noise is the loudest other than that everything was great.”

“Very little to like. The electrical power went off, the hotel was not able to fix the power outrage because they did not have a back up generator. Expedia customer service was poor at best and kept me on the phone close to two hours to solve the problem.”

“Not a good fit for me, property was dirty littered with trash. Room was okay. Not worth the money for a long stay. I wont be returning to this location unfortunialty. Booked 9 days with them and was only able to endure 2 nights.”

“Honestly this was probably the first time when my husband and I didn’t stay the full length of our trip (2 days) and checked out after one night. It was very disappointing. Firstly, I believe we were the only ones at the hotel. We did not see any other people except some of the workers. There is no one at the front desk 85% of the time. There is a number to call if you need assistance but that’s about it. The breakfast and the lady serving breakfast was very sweet and breakfast was very good....

“I honestly wasn't expecting much from the property. Boy was I surprised. For a pet friendly hotel, it is SOOOO clean. The staff could not have been more attentive. The breakfast was wonderful. I actually told my husband, as we left the parking lot to go home, "I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to New Paltz. Thank you for such a great stay."”
