“Convenient”

“This was a nice hotel with clean rooms but we had a couple of issues with maintenance that were not resolved as quickly as they could have been. The property is not within walking distance of anything as there are no sidewalks so had to drive everywhere.”

From the moment we entered, the room had a strong, unbearable odor and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom had visible dirt and hair, the floors were filthy, and even my child’s feet turned black after walking on them.
