This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund. ”

I had to go ahead and pay for the room again. It is what it is. The real problem was the number of children who were completely ignored by their parents and left to behave like animals. If the guests won't police their children, the hotel staff should step in and ask the parents to settle their children. ”
