“This was a perfect stay! The space was clean and comfy. The courtyard/flowers/plants were magical, and the location couldn’t be beat. I attended a conference at Colorado State University and it was super close. Wish I could have stayed longer!”

“This hotel is very clean and located near nice shopping and restaurants. Our room was spotless and we liked the floor plan (room with king size bed). The hotel has many amenities and a nice restaurant area and bar. They also serve Starbucks 24/7. My only complaint was having to pay for parking. This hotel is not located in a large metropolitan city, so therefore, parking is not at a premium. It didn't make any sense to me and truthfully irritated me. “Great neighborhood location. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower. Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins. Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away. Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.) Highly recommended.”
