“Hassle free booking and very cheap”

“What a wonderful stay in Dunedin! From the moment I arrived, the property had everything I could have wanted — nothing was missing. The location is absolutely perfect. Waking up to a stunning ocean view from the balcony was a real highlight, and stepping out for a morning/afternoon walk along the beach couldn't have been easier. “Accomodation had been double booked. Instead of cancelling the booking from their end the host messaged me on trivago, since I was expecting a message anyway for the login code, and you have to login to read messages I left it. Host also alerted trivago it was double booked, who did not contact me either. Drove all the way to Dunedin with 2 kids, stranded and nowhere to stay. Spent $400 to stay at scenic circle for the first night, Dunedin was booked out for the second night so we had to drive...

“The accommodation was great, the bed gave me a better sleep than my own (Must do something about that) However, the pull down blind on the front door allowed for voyerism. Definitely not satisfactory. Occupants of next unit had same concerns.”

“It was lovely accommodation. Really nice location. A little tricky checking in because they hadn't received the email from expedia yet. The couch is used as a pull out bed which is fine but very uncomfortable for sitting on. That is the only complaint, which we did mention to them as well.”
