“Dirty dishes with dried food on them in the cupboard. Hair in the bed. Front desk did nothing about it. Front desk wouldn't even print out receipt for the stay.”

To add to the insult, the hotel sent me a message inviting me to enjoy these during my stay. I got to use the food credit the next morning and the staff were helpful in maximizing its value which I very much appreciated.”

“The room was large and could be nice. The pillows were cheap foam pillows and not too nice, but other than that the room was fine. There was a bit of traffic noise. The breakfast was not very good. We went down shortly before 9 and there was very little scrambled eggs and they were dried out. There was one piece of ham and it looked like it was sitting there for a while. There were very few muffins and nothing that we wanted. They really should keep everything refreshed until the end of...

“Good breakfast, nice room, and friendly, easy check-in and out, good location. It doesn’t mention it, but they have a pool and hot tub. Issues were, there was a sticky spot on the carpet by the desk, water puddle by ice machine, clock display was not functioning properly, and a lot of the outlets didn’t work.”

“I left a notebook in my room and didn’t discover that until the evening after check out. I called and learned the cleaning staff found it and had put it aside. I was able to retrieve it that evening. They were very helpful.”
