“Pool closed down, coffee and juice machines were out of order. Rust and mold in the bathrooms due to no working fans.”

“Quiet hotel near Mayo Clinic. Air conditioning could be updated. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast options were OK.”

My bed was not at all comfortable, which is very confounding and disappointing as they have to know most guests are Mayo patients and need good rest more than most. Will not be returning; the Hyatt is only slightly more expensive and MUCH nicer”

“Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets”

“The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street.”
