“Great, friendly staff! With a timely pickup from the airport and taking me down and picking me up at the Mayo Clinic! ”

“The sink in our room, water prerssure was very slow. The cold & Hot water Faucet had hardly any water coming out of the spout and it was coming out very slow. The Shower worked just fine.”

“The room smelled like pee.There was no coffee pot, no cups, no anything in the kitchenette.For us to use , if we wanted to heat something up , i've never been in a hotel where they did not provide a coffee pot and some coffee , but this one does not”

“The room smelled, beds were old, and noisy. Tv and channels were poor. In room code was gross. ”

“I hated the bed and the pillows. Bed was super firm and the pillows were like 12 inch squares instead of the normal pillow size. Walls were really thin there was a baby crying most of the night and i wasnt able to sleep. Super fustrating. I wasnt intown for leisure. I had work at mayo early the next morning and just needed rest i was not able to get that. ”

“For the price i had low expectations. The lobby smelled horribly of cat urine. Thankfully our room did not. The bed was comfortable. 1 of thr 4 pillows was decent. ”

“It smells exaggeratedly strong of chlorine in the pool, you can't even breathe, I had to see a person who was taken in the ambulance with oxygen for not being able to breathe, the very scandalous guests it was midnight and they continued with a lot of scandal and they did nothing to shut them up, very bad experience”

“I stay here every time I go to the mayo clinic... Clean rooms, staff is always friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, parking is easy, close to shopping and food, directly across the street from the Mayo infusion center, and free shuttle to the main mayo clinic downtown.”
