“We had a terrible visit, I had never been so mad. We left a day early and asked for refund. Reason: NO HOT WATER. Refrigerator not working properly. Internet kept going out interrupting electronic use and the tv programs. Refrigerator stopped working after we got it cooling. Only had 2 towels 1 hand towel. No wash clothes and we were staying a couple nights. And the refrigerator was full of water. I had nothing to use to wipe it out.
After dinner went to shower no hot water. Clerk came up ran...

“You get partial view of the lake. The pool seem nice but I wasn't there to swim. Bed and sheets were comfortable. And hot shower was relaxing. It helps that there is live stream TV and microwave. My stay is Ok because I only use it to sleep. The room have a scent of cigarettes and not so fresh scent but I easily got accustomed to it. I am here for business so I am ok as long as I get restful sleep.”

“The room was ready by 335pm when check in time was 3pm. There was no microwave no refrigerator. Just a coffee maker and ac. The bed sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. TV offered several channels. Pool was available but was freezing.”
