“I had a small problem with the tv on check in and the staff was very friendly and helpful getting the situation resolved. Room was great”

“I left my book behind and they got it from my room and saved it at the front desk for me. They checked my room in under three minutes and I was immediately able to go pick it up! Also, the interior is super cool, the room was clean, and there were convenient restaurants and coffee nearby. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay while my son visited Clemson!”

“A little maintenance was needed on the shower door in our bathroom and the bed was just ok. The room was very clean, thank you housekeeping. The breakfast area was super clean and the offerings were plentiful and well stocked.”

“We missed our favorite breakfast item “Waffles” coz the breakfast helper’s attitude. When I brought to her attention that there was no waffle batter, her response was that she was not going to make the batter coz breakfast time was almost over (in 15 minutes)”
