“Mooie grote kamer, zeer proper, mooi uitzicht! Vriendelijk personeel, goed beveiligd. Goed gelegen , een paar leuke restaurants in de buurt, Lotus winkelcentrum op loopafstand. Alleen spijtig dat in onze studio geen broodrooster en microfoon-golf aanwezig was.”

“Firstly, let me start by saying we were staying as a couple and didn’t realise it was the school holidays in south east Asia, so this definitely colours my review. The pool area looked amazing when we arrived, but the entire time we were there it was completely crowded with kids - who were having an amazing time and it’s definitely a great resort for families. For us, it was so noisy, overcrowded and you couldn’t get an alcoholic drink until 3pm… and even then, there never seemed to be anyone...

“客室は清潔に保たれています。ただ照明のスイッチがわかりにくくベットサイドのボタンも隣の洗面所と繋がっているのも便利ですがわかりにくかった。それを説明する冊子などあればなおよかった。スタッフはとても愛想良くフレンドリーでしたが、部屋のタオルはないものもあり残念でした。朝食はとても種類が豊富で毎日食べたいと思いました。ただ、事前に記念日だと伝えても一言もそれについてふれられなかったのは残念でした。設備としてはとてもよかったが、何人かクチコミしているように温かみが昔よりかけていてそこだけがマイナスポイントでした。”

“This hotel has many serious issues. The room and common areas had an unpleasant smell. The bath towels, pillows, and bedsheets were dirty and did not appear properly cleaned. Carpet is bad and dirty. The mattresses were worn out and extremely thin, with the springs almost coming through, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. The three elevators are insufficient for the number of guests. Around 1 pm in the afternoon, it took between 45 minutes and one hour just to get into an...

“It was a really nice stay exactly as we hoped for! The location on the beach was beautiful and the villa had all the comforts of home. Was conveniently located within short car ride to Georgetown. Also the bag of ice in the freezer for drinks was a nice touch!”
