There was no remote control in the room and no way to get one, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and the sheets and pillows smelled bad like they weren't clean. The lobby restroom was also really dirty. The prepaid breakfast was $17, but when I saw the bill before mentioning I'd paid for breakfast in advance, it was $5-6 less, which didn't seem right. “Nice property situated in a tree lined lot giving feel of privacy but located next to a large commercial area with lots of stores and restaurants. Easy to get to from the Interstate. Area seemed safe and well maintained. Breakfast is available but not included with room. Not far from the airport so you hear air traffic starting at 6am to about 10pm. “The property itself is stunning. There is a huge lake outside of the hotel that in normal circumstances would give you an amazing view. However, in my case, I booked and paid for an upgraded room with a FULL lake view. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, I was told that there was a concert in town and the hotel was overbooked. My room was on the 3rd floor and there was a giant tree that fully blocked our view of the lake. When I asked if anything could be done, I was told no, because of the...

“I appreciated that our lovely room had an outdoor veranda style seating area directly on the parking lot (which was very quiet & remote across from a country field). This allowed me to drove within a foot of the room entrance which was perfect for my handicapped mother who joined me since she can barely walk. Nice, relaxing stay! ”
