“The lady at the desk was nice but that was the only thing nice about this place. It was disgusting and dirty. Beds were dirty, towels were dirty, bathtub was dirty… We’ve stayed in some lackluster places but this takes the cake easily. RUN - do not stay here!”

“The hotel itself was very nice. The front desk staff were very nice. The lobby/bar areas are beautifully decorated. We had a deluxe king room w/ a partial lake view. The room was surprisingly on the small side. I was looking for something larger considering this is a 4 star recently remodeled hotel. The bathroom was very small. The rain shower head was a plus.
