Hotel vicino a Patapsco Valley State Park - Baltimora

“This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The entire property was dirty, smelled terrible, and looked nothing like the pictures online. I was shocked and disappointed from the moment I walked into the room. There were roaches crawling all over the bathroom, including on the sink and around the toilet. The towels appeared dirty, and the room did not look like it had been properly cleaned. I immediately informed the front desk staff about the issues, but I was told there was nothing they could do...

“We had a wonderful stay at Wayside Inn. Our host, Joe, was very helpful and was a great chef! Our breakfasts were very good and got us ready for the day ahead. Parking was not a problem and the surrounding yard was shady and pleasant. The giant oak in the front is reported to be 200 or more years old. Our room and bath were well maintained. We would definitely stay there again. The Inn also has a great history dating back to the late 18th Century. It is said that George Washington stayed there...

“We had a blast in the outdoor pool with the surf bar and inside with the hot tub and indoor pool. Pickleball was a blast”

“This was our 2nd stay. Very nice facility. The 2nd stay, I had to leave early due to work. And a issue arose of the parking validation which was very confusing. After 15 minutes it was worked out. The halls and lobby are very warm. I checked on the staff to make sure they were staying hydrated. Hotel rooms were cool, air was on. Would definitely book again, if need be.”

“This hotel is such a great pick and I’d highly recommend it. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. I showed up at 1 PM earlier than my scheduled check-in time and asked for an early check-in, and they kindly assisted me with it.”
