“We were a group of 17, house fit us all well. Close proximity to beach. 15 to 20 minute walk to 5th AVe. Pool was small, but we made it work. Air conditioning was good, water was unpredictable, it often quit, but fixed promptly when called.”

“This house was perfect for our big family. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures and its location is great, very short walk to the beach which, by the way, is beautiful: clean and quiet. The common area is perfect for relaxing and the big pool is really something! It's shared but we always found it empty, probably everybody choose to walk to the beach since it's so close. “The villa is run down - as we expected from previous reviews, but I think it's reasonably priced considering when it's a large group. I'm not sure the pool area is safe, or how clean the kitchen is but we had a nice time. Leo was really lovely and it gets the stars because of him. It's a shame the owners don't invest in fixing things up and investing in it because it has a lot of potential. ”

“The host had great communication, they did a grocery shop for us so that we had food upon arrival . We were a group of 19 , 10 adults and 9 kids and the place was spacious.It was a little dated but nothing major , there is no oven only gas stove top but we made it work , could use a new bbq . Overall it was a good stay and the host was great .”

“The house was incredible - exactly as pictured, but somehow even more beautiful in person! The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and fully enjoy the property without needing to go out. We hired a private chef one night that the property owners recommended, and she was incredible!
