“This is my second time staying at this Tru by Hilton location, and I’ve had another great experience. The hotel is very clean — which I truly appreciate because I’m very sensitive to even the slightest bit of unclean conditions. The staff is always welcoming and kind, and check-in is smooth every time. I’ve arrived later than the 3pm check-in time and never had any issues. Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable, and pleasant stay.”

“Everything was great about my stay. At first, I didn't think it would be that case. I need a shower with seat because I'm a fall risk, so I always book a wheelchair accessible room. But when I got to the hotel, the previous occupant decided to stay longer, and they didn't have another such room available.
