“I felt so terrible for the older woman who was working by herself. She seemed very lost. The computer system was down so many mistakes were made, and there was a line of people to check in. There was a mixup in our room so it took us probably about 45 minutes to check in. The hot tub was not working, which was one of the main reasons we booked this place. The breakfast was terrible.
