“This adorable cottage overlooking the ocean is a tiny Lincoln City beach paradise. The property is clean and the garden is beautiful. We just left the screen door opened and listen to and watched the waves (when it was raining) and it was magical! A great relaxing weekend!”

“The house was spotless when we arrived. Kitchen very clean and had everything we needed for a couple simple meals. Wifi was a bit finicky- sometimes I could log in and sometimes not. Ocean view from one window in front sitting room. Long walk to any ocean beach for walking.”

The hot tub location is awesome the tree kind of blocks the winds. There are a few cosmetic things that need fixed. The path to front door needs to be straightened and the landscape pruned back.And the front porch stairs need another rail also. There are 2 of the kitchen chairs that are broken. The wicker outdoor furniture was so broken that it wasn't usable....

“Pros: Right on the beach! Amazing view! Nice open concept living area! Plenty of room! Exactly what you would expect from a beach house! Every kitchen item you would need! One of many houses available in this gated community, private! Beach fire allowed on the lower beach (at time of visit). Cons: House could use some love. Rebar sticking out of sand directly in front of deck HUGE HUGE safety issue!! Our 3 night stay needed more TP, major electrical issues in main bathroom, tub faucet on...

The home is much nicer and newer than a standard weathered coast home with four bedrooms and a nice, well outfitted kitchen. The garage was retrofitted into an activity room. The hot tub and expansive space behind the home was a hit! The 6 minute walk to the beach was well worth it considering all this great home has to offer. Will rent again!”

“This place definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very easy to find and when we showed up, everything was very clean. The view from the entire house of the coastline is absolutely stunning. The upstairs loft was extremely comfortable to watch movies with the family and sip coffee in the morning while looking at the beautiful views. The back deck was extremely large and had lots of room for the kids to play. I would highly recommend this place and we definitely plan on coming back.”
