“We were not happy with our original booking. The entirr place is doenhill and not centered. I was very upset and crying as it was my anniversary weekend.. But..when i spike with Lacey at the front desk, she went above and beyomd to make us happy. Found us another property that was absolutley AMAZING. Lacey was so kind and dis everything in her power to help makenthings better as it seemed like things kept happening one after the othet with keys ot being in the lock boxes at either location....
