“The property was nice, the staff was not friendly at all. The lady that monitors the breakfast was the most unfriendly I tried to engage into a small conversation she had zero interest, did smile felt very comfortable.
Also the lady that held the Friday bingo was so dry she put not effort to make it fun it’s no wonder why only 3 people showed up to play.
I have to say the cleaning lady Sylvia, she was so kind, we asked her where our room was she walked us to it she asked if we needed anything...

“Stanza sporca, puzza di muffa in particolare quando si accendeva il condizionatore oltretutto rumoroso.
Dopo la prima notte non sono state rifatte le stanze, sono riuscito solamente a farmi dare nuovi asciugamani. Colazione pessima. Personale scortese.
Zona tranquilla, unica cosa positiva è il parcheggio gratuito.

“The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and professional, also giving information about the city and shops where I had to buy some facilities.
Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion. Opinion very good on the whole. Thanks, Francesco Bonini”

“We came on the train for a weekend get away and called to request an early check in and were told the rooms were sold out. The front desk employee Mark suggested we freshened up at the train station bathroom because people “destroy” their lobby bathroom. As a paying guest, I found that extremely rude. We were later told by another employee they were not sold out for the night which means he could have accommodated our early check in request. He was just rude and his energy was weird and...
