“Very helpful staff and a quaint hotel experience we've been coming back for years”

“Please don't make same mistake as myself. Wanted the last 3 days in or near Pomona and this is close. Hideous, druggies hang in parking area. Toilet when flush just ran all over floor. Bed wasn't my worst experience. But this was 1970-1980's hotel lacking any decent or actual permitted renovation at all. The toilet took 1/2 day to respond and that bathroom had poop water all over obviously. Nobody clean or sanitized it, I could go on and on. The smell was also smoked in forever and still reeks...

“A lot of malfunctions. Could be cleaner and more inviting”

“You get what you pay for. It’s a decent place to crash for the night or two. No frills, it’s a little run down and it attracts strange guest at times too. Breakfast is just a some fruit, coffee and cheap plastic wrapped cinnamon rolls. Nothing to brag about. Rooms def need updating and we saw a roach in the restroom. You do see cleaning staff cleaning outside daily.”

“The jacuzzi was locked ”

“Bleached blankets and cockroach in the bathroom. Do I need to say anything else after this? Don’t be fooled! It’s filthy!”

“Rude staff only thing new about the rooms is the tv and you can’t watch anything they don’t even have basic cable and their prices are outrageous. The new remodeled rooms are not available for anyone who shows up to the property. They’re all for online reservations only.”

“Place needs a deep cleaning, bed cover appeared to have dry spots of what appeared to be male semen faucets were dirty need good hand scrub and clean. Bath tube looked grungy as if needs good scrub with bleach, toilet as well. There was dried urine underneath toilet seat on toilet bowls. Just needs some good tos! Besides that it’s worth what you pay for!”

“They're so-called continental breakfast is none. They put me in a room, and the TV didn't work, and I tried everything. So they had to take me out of the room and put me in another room where the TV did work. But they were friendly about it”

“Nice room, comfortable beds, clean hotel and nice area. We loved the restaurant, great food and service! My only recommendation (not complaint) would be to upgrade the shower/bathroom, was outdated.”
