“Lovely grounds, but loud landscaping going much of the afternoon. Nice breakfast spread, but many items were not restocked and very few allergy friendly items.”

“Rooms are nothing as they appear on listing.There was a baby roach in our room and over all was NOT at all happy”

“This was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a hotel booked through Expedia. The parking lot was full of suspicious looking people. The front office attendant was struggling with a couple who looked filthy and were obviously under the influence of a substance. They could barely speak or stand. My husband waited over 15 min. The attendant never acknowledged him and continued to deal with the couple. Finally, my husband decided that we would not even be checking in to this...

“Desde que llegué el encargado me dijo que no estaba mi reservación me tocó que pagar de nuevo la habitación y la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado las cobijas estaban en mal estado junto con las toallas y el papel sanitario estaba usado incluso sucio fue la peor experiencia que tuve ”

“The stay was ok. The area wasn’t bad. We were having trouble with the sound on our TV and there was no phone to call the front desk so we had to go walk into the office. I told them about the problem and the guy said the manager would come up to fix it and to just him 15-20mins to be there. No one came at all. So yeah that was our experience and the sheets were dirty as well. ”

“Shower was clogged with what I was told by the person I was with a dildo. There was 2 drawers that were stuck so I tried to unstick them by but couldn't do I removed the top 2 drawers to look into the bottom drawers. There was an additional room that was tapped off and possibly barricaded from the other side. I tried to open it but it didn't really budge. Someone knocked on the door or something after 11 which was checkout telling us that it was time to go. We left no later than like 11:30.”

“Very rude staff, which acted as if it was an inconvenience to assist us with our most basic request. We were first given the wrong room then switched to a room where the air/heater did not work during 50 degree wheather. The tv was not working during our stay with the addition of the beds being really loud and terribly hard would not recommend this hotel.”
