“Hotel was nice & quiet and the location was unbeatable. The view of the lake was awesome. The pool area was clean, but does show some serious signs of aging. The beds in our room were extremely uncomfortable, but we were only there for 2 nights so made do. ”

“Took a shower and after about two minutes was ankle deep in water. Let the front desk know but there was no apology or any offer of making it better. She just jotted it down.”

“The hotel felt more like a motel. The bathroom has been poorly redone. There was mold in the shower and overall it didn’t feel clean. It was fine for one night, but a lower quality than the standard level of room you get at these large chain hotels. I stayed here the night before a marathon that started right down the street. Often hotels will have early morning coffee and earlier breakfast to accommodate runners. This hotel didn’t, which was disappointing especially as the race...

“Everything was very good”

“We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. ”

“The room was basic. Very clean property. The restaurant unfortunately was closed. After a day of driving it would have been nice to just go to the hotel restaurant and not get back into the car.”
