Rilassati e goditi questo bellissimo appartamento con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni che può ospitare 8 persone e si affaccia sul fiume San Juan, appena a sud della città. Questo condominio è a pochi passi dal centro di Pagosa Springs, negozi, ristoranti e ammollo nelle famose sorgenti calde, nonché i numerosi festival meravigliosi in cui questa città è famosa.

Mentre entri in questa casa, rimarrai stupito dall'open space, dalle finestre alte, dai mobili raffinati e da tutti i servizi che la tua famiglia vorrebbe per le loro vacanze. Le aree soggiorno, pranzo e cucina sono aperte l'una con l'altra con abbondanza di aree salotto e sala da pranzo per tutti. Goditi il grande schermo HDTV con un ottimo suono e caminetto nel soggiorno o cammina attraverso le porte di vetro e rilassati con un drink sul grande ponte, fai un pasto al barbecue, e guarda e ascolta il fiume e la fauna selvaggia sotto. È un posto fantastico e costruisce ricordi.

Nella casa, troverete due re master suite ciascuna con un balcone privato, una camera per gli ospiti regina, e un'altra camera con un letto a castello con un letto a castello futon che si piega in un letto matrimoniale. C'è un bagno completo per la condivisione della casa che ha un comò e una doccia separati. In fondo al corridoio c'è una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice a grandezza naturale. Ognuna delle camere da letto ha HDTV e la camera a castello ha un sacco di giochi per intrattenere i giovani. Sul retro del complesso si trova un'area erbosa lungo il fiume con un barbecue, tavoli e sedie per i barbecue all'aperto che la tua famiglia può ammirare mentre guardi il fiume San Juan?grazie. Se

Amerai questo posto! Questo condominio è tutto su un unico livello, tre?si alza, ma senza ascensore. Se hai bisogno di assistenza con i bagagli, non esitare a comunicarcelo. Infine, c'è un ampio garage privato per auto da usare, oltre a un sacco di spazio per altri 2 posti auto.

Perfect location... walking distance to all of downtown. It was on the 3rd floor which may be an issue for some but made the view all that much better. Communication was great! Had snacks for us and refrigerator had all kinds of condiments and cupboards had some spices as well as other items. Definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!!!

This was a great condo which was actually better than the pictures. It was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. We loved spending time by the river and walking to town for shopping and coffee. We really enjoyed watching the deer everyday. Management was very responsive when we had a minor question. Loved having a garage and the interior stairs. It would have been nice to have chairs on the bedroom balconies but overall, the condo was just what we wanted. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

Everything was wonderful, the home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. Great location for access to the river, close to the park for the kids to skate, ride bikes, and play. We also loved that we were able to walk and ride bikes into town and the springs! Definitely would recommend and would like to stay again in the future. Thank you

Fun week in Pagosa

The property itself was beautiful! Probably nicer than the photos on the Vrbo ad. Huge home with plenty of room for our family of 9! Garage was awesome for storing outdoor items. Easy access to everything! Downside: broken ice maker

Great River View!

We stayed at this property for 5 days and loved it! The property is as advertised and has a great view of the river! The AC wasn’t working properly when we first arrived. I was able to contact the management & it was fixed the next morning. The place is a great location & we’d stay there again for sure!

Our vacation home

Our condo was perfect all around. It had just the right accommodations for the six of us. Each of the girls had their own bedroom. And their parents had their own bedroom in private restroom. And we, the grandparents enjoyed the master bedroom. I highly recommend This place for those who want to enjoy the Vista it provides and the Comfort of living inside.

A really nice condo

This condo served us well for a three generation family vacation. For the family members interested in skiing, it is an easy drive up the pass to Wolf Creek, and for the family members just looking to relax it is spacious, comfortable, well furnished and clean. Only a couple blocks on quiet streets connect to a lovely RiverWalk paved trail into downtown Pagosa springs for shopping and a visit to the hot springs. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

family trip

the townhouse-condo was beautiful and clean. the view was lovely. well stocked and all that. there are 3 flights of indoor stairs to get to the front door so if stairs are a concern that could be a problem. Our family is young and energetic in need of exercise so we were happy with the stairs. We would HIGHLY recommend this listing

GREAT LOCATION

DIDN'T NEED TO USE A STAIRMASTER THAT WEEK THE CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL WITH BALCONY THAT OVERLOOK THE SAN JUAN RIVER. VERY QUIET AND THE GARAGE WAS PERFECT FOR THE CAR AND STORING GEAR. THE SPACE IS VERY LARGE.WE'LL GO BACK

Great Condo!

We were impressed with the condo and the service provided. Ashely was fantastic. She gave me great advice about activities, hot springs and restaurants which I really appreciated. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. Being close to town was a plus. We were able to go to the Hot Springs as well as river rafting. Pagosa Springs is a great little town. I would definitely book this condo. It was the perfect place for our family.

Family Christmas time

We were disappointed we were on the third floor at first. But the stairs were inside so it was fine. Our older grandchildren helped with our bags. It was a fun surprise that there was a Christmas 🎄. Loved the view. And the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths made it very comfortable! We would recommend it definitely!

Views amazing , house amazing, love the instant help with VIP services, rooms where great. A few things... The 2nd master suite had no TV or Dresser / to put books on charge our phones, had to place them on the floor. Same room had a lot of white dog hair everywhere. Main living room rug alot of white dog hair and dusty. Poor lighting in game / kidroom for the guest that stayed in there.

Pagosa Springs getaway

The location was beautiful and we were able to look out on the river and mountains. The unit is in need of a deep clean, and some functions did not work i.e the icemaker, stove burner, the kitchen was not very equipped with pots and pans and bowls. The kitchen faucet had a leak in the hose. The common staircase area needed to be vacuumed, and the windows were in need of a cleaning. The bedrooms were spacious and it would have been wonderful to have king beds.

Lovely Condo

The condo was very clean and well stocked and very quiet. Plenty of room for a large family. And the layout was perfect for two families to stay as two rooms were on one end of condo and two were on the opposite end with three bathrooms and large living room, kitchen and dining table in the middle. Walking distance to downtown(15 min walk) and beautiful view of the water. We saw lots of deer each night. Third floor wasn't an issue for us and we are not young. The property management was excellent at checking in via text to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that we didn't need anything. And check out could not have been easier. We would not hesitate to stay again.
