“Was there for 3 night and had no maid service. One night there was no hot water”

“This was very cheap and I didn't except much, good for day use before flight during night. Room was overall dusty, I didn't wanna see every corner so I just slept few hours. Shower was very centrally located in bathroom so everything got wet when showering. There was AC in the room which was great. Regardless, for this price I would definitely stay again for a super short stay.”

“This hotel is a scam place. We booked a trip to Hanoi via Expedia on March 19, 2026. We planned to stay there for two days. However, the place was faulty in its advertising. The smell was so bad, like it was old and moldy. We entered the room for just 5 minutes and we left. We had to book a different hotel due to the fact that the hotel is not in good condition to serve customers.
