Hotel vicino a Melinh Plaza - Hanoi

“I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and outrage regarding a recent hotel stay booked through platform . The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, severely impacting my travel and well-being, and reflects an unacceptable standard of service from both the property and, regrettably, from Expedia's customer support.Upon my arrival, the pervasive lack of cleanliness was immediately apparent and deeply concerning. The room, particularly the floor, was visibly dirty, and...

“Close to the airport and a big shopping center an easy minute walk away! Staff was super helpful in every request or question we had. Breakfast brought to your room, too.”

“Idéal location when travelling to airport for an early flight”

“We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!”

“The owner was very nice and met all of my needs. The staff there were all very polite and friendly even if they didn’t know English. They gave good recommendations to places to eat and also places to visit. I would recommend this place again. The room as well inside is large and can fit several suitcases for a fraction of the price. The water is hot and they provide everything I needed for the short duration I was there. Thank you to the owner and the staff.”

“Clean room would stay again”

“Free airport ride is very helpful to all guests especially in Hanoi as the airport is so far away from the city center. The Front desk, bedroom and the shower/toilet area are super large, very good quality of the building. They also provide dining options for lunch or dinner if you don't want to go outside to eat.”
