“If your are going to the soda springs ski resort it is very close. Less than maybe 10 minutes drive but the best is that it’s so close to Donner lake and the beach there. We will definitely go there summer time to appreciate the summer activities by the lake. I have 3 kids and they lived the 3 layer bunk bed. It was perfect for us ”

“The property was excellent. We stayed in a beautiful and very well maintained suite. Location was a short walk from the center of Northstar village. Also Highland ski gondola was about a 5 minute walk away, even with ski boots on, it gave us fairly easy access to the slopes and the Ritz Carlton restaurant.”

“The heater was not adjustable so the room would become so hot like a sauna and opening the window would make the room so cold. So we couldn’t sleep easily at night since it was either too hot or too cold”

“Staff needs training in Customer Service. They have zero flexibility to resolve concerns of guests.”
