“We recently stayed at the San Luis Resort in Galveston and overall had a great time. The resort is beautiful, clean, and the amenities made for a relaxing vacation. The pool area, restaurants, and overall atmosphere were wonderful, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The only downside was an experience with the pool staff that left us feeling singled out. “The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the elevator took a very long time, especially during busy hours. Also, the breakfast was not very good and had limited options. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there is definitely room for improvement”
