During the intensive remodel, the owners of this special property never lost sight of keeping their focus on luxury, comfort and hospitality. In addition, they utilized many modern builder amenities with a mid- century upscale flair, true to Palm Springs historical character. In terms of style & decor, this property pays tribute to its sprinkled use of photographs of some of Palm Springs famous celebrities such as Bob Hope, Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra and even the 16th Mayor of Palm Springs, Sonny Bono.

This property is an ideal getaway with light bright and airy open spaces. It features three bedrooms and two baths. The designed custom kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, unique lazy susan cabinets, and LED lit cabinets & drawers throughout. The nearby generous-sized dining room features a gorgeous glass six-seat dining table, cushioned seagrass chairs and a magnificent, sculptured beveled mirror buffet unit housing many small appliances for added ease of cooking; including...Insta-Pot, Rice cooker, Air-fryer, Electric skillet and even a popcorn air popper! A complete floor to ceiling mirrored-wall back-drop completes the dining room experience designed for family gatherings and memorable meals.

The step-down living room sports a super comfortable sectional chaise lounge sofa, 75” Sony Smart TV equipped with popular streaming devices: Roku & Firestick for all your viewing pleasure. Finally, the vintage fireplace has been fully remodeled with copper bronze glass rock and log-set for those cozy, warm and romantic evenings.

Step out the sliding glass doors to a generous, doubled-sized outdoor patio complete with soothing Koi Pond and waterfall sounds, outside dining table with an umbrella, new full-sized BBQ and a separate glass rock fire pit unit for those tastys’more’s evenings!

The downstairs laundry area features brand-new full-size front-loading washer and dryer units. There are two downstairs bedrooms each with their own streaming TV’s. The front bedroom has a very comfortable luxury king bed for a restful night's sleep. The rear bedroom features a volumous vaulted ceiling and a Heavenly Queen bed along with a folding desk/workstation with a generous window that looks out to the peaceful Patio/Koi Pond. Both downstairs bedrooms share the beautifully remodeled downstairs bathroom complete with floating double sink vanity, generous cabinets with plenty of pool towels and a luxury hand-built custom shower featuring imported Italian travertine tile, Kohler base/french drain and Speakman showerhead for the ultimate spa-like showering experience!

Upstairs we find the spacious master suite, featuring vaulted 12.5 ft ceilings, new Milgard windows that showcase beautiful mountain views and Koi Pond ambient sounds below. The lush Hybrid King size bed coupled with a modern Ultra-suede chaise lounge allows for easy viewing of the 55” Samsung Swivel Smart TV with Roku & Firestick. Step outside to the private sun-deck with 2 Sunbrella cushioned chaise lounge chairs. Back inside, the master suite also features a cedar-lined private walk-in closet, ultra-modern double sink vanity and vaulted ceiling bathroom with again, a custom hand-crafted shower featuring all the same components as the luxurious downstairs shower.
