“The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL”

“I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated.
That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive. The staff at check-in were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the arrival process pleasant. The hotel was clean, smelled nice, and provided a comfortable stay for the night.
