“El hotel necesita de un buen mantenimiento. Las partes comunes no estan muy limpias tampoco.
El piso donde hay la reception es el segundo.
El parqueo esta' a 300 mts no es un problemaso pero cuandos tienes maletas tampoco es muy comodo.
En el momento que te dan la targueta para salir del parque tienes que firmar un papel que en el caso te olvides de devolverla ellos tienen el derecho de cobrarte 50 Dolares... 50. No se tratan asi los clientes.”

Friendly stuff. Clean spacious room with everything you may need; fridge, micro and 2 comfortable beds.
Hotel location is very good.
Nice neighborhood. Park in front.
Supermarket 250 meters away.

“I love the wave and I am a regular client since 2014 but this time I regret to say the conditions of my room compared to the price asked were not fair at all. the room had a crazy humidity which forced to keep A/C on 24/24... it was not even possible to stand on your feet because of the slippery floor... furniture starts to get creepy because the few years ago renovation was cheap (like the table that was just painted...)

“Great value! Clean, comfortable and in a great location. We spent most of our time out on the patio enjoying the sun and warm weather. The pool and courtyard area were cute.
A couple issues were that the shower didn't get real hot, there was overwhelming mold on the courtyard cushions and umbrellas and the washing machine kept shutting off on us while trying to do a couple loads of laundry.
Still would definitely recommend simply because of the fantastic value, cleaning cleanliness of the room...

“When you arrive, you get an actual key. It opens your door as well as the private entrance doors that connect to the street. The hotel is probably my favorite hotel, not just in Puerto Rico, but from anywhere I've visited. It is beautiful and peaceful. You will feel so safe. “We stayed in mar del Norte 3 which is around the corner from the original location. Room #1 had a massive kitchen, living room, dining room. Small full size bed and bath. (Paid for a king) Gated. Close to tennis court. Staff was nice. Beach and food across the pedestrian bridge a few blocks over. Cute shared patio with jacuzzi out back. Lots of windows in kitchen that look directly to the patio”
