“No elevator. No shampoo or hair dryer. No microwave. No alarm clock. No comforter. No room coffee maker. Only coffee in lobby and was told now working. ”

“Clean room, hot showers, yummy scones for breakfast and the $10 credit at the bar was a bonus. Love the Blackhawk ”

“Breakfast was excellent. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Lots of lobby space for groups to socialize. ”

“Bed was not made completely with fitted sheets rolling up over mattress in the room assigned, pillows questionable, and some crumbs on the floor. They gave us a new room. The new room was ok, but obviously not cleaned thoroughly as there was still food in the cupboard from prior guests . At 830 am breakfast was out of oatmeal, eggs, sausage and we got the last yogurt. Juice dispenser not working, water dispenser not working, and out of napkins. We have stayed here several times in the past...

The family that I encountered on the way to the pool said the pool gave them a horrible rash The couch in one of the doors in the room had extremely questionable stains Upon checkout the hotel double charged the credit card for the dog resulting in having to dispute The room itself was very pretty the view is very nice aside from the cleanliness issues I mentioned I don't think much needs to be done to raise it to a very acceptable place to stay...

“Must call phone at desk for staff. Out of yogurt for breakfast , staff said too crowded to fill it. Wall Paint color chips in bathroom. Fitness needs disinfectant wipes and water. Remodel missing some trim in bathroom ”
