“We came in January to escape the winter blues. Everything about our stay was perfect. The cottage does not disappoint! Steps from the beach, your own private pool, a stones throw from the restaurant and dive shop. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and bathrooms were large, clean with plenty of hot water and a larger capacity washer/dryer. Amanda and the dive shop were incredibly helpful and made for the perfect dive experience. All in all an A for Palmetto Bay. ”

“Very friendly and accommodating. Just ask and we received very promptly!It would have been nice to have air conditioning in the common areas, but we made do. The mosquitos were horrible, but again, we understand the situation. We enjoyed the island and the people were fantastic!”

“If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and slow your pace, this place is perfect. The dive shop was incredible, brewery and the cove were perfect close by options and we also had a local named Henry pick us up on the boat and take us down the beach to his restaurant. Our kids loved the pool and we loved our slow mornings on the porch with coffee watching all the lizards and hummingbirds. The only downfall is the noseeums be prepared with bug sprays and ointments! “My husband and I brought our 4 kids, ages 11-17. Everyone had plenty of space and their own room (using the separate smaller villa as well). The AC worked well, house/grounds kept clean. Only thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the master bathroom. Overall well worth it, easy drive to West end and rhe 3”East side to see the entire island! ”

“This property is exactly as the description states. The grounds are gorgeous, the home is well equipped, and the private pool is a nice touch for families with kids. The flora and fauna are aplenty and the on site security definitely ensure your safety. Highly recommend!”
