“Stayed at Kimpton Roatan with 4 families, hoping for one of the best hotels on the island. The villas are nice but need upgrades ,broken shower faucet, slow water dispenser, patio door that wouldn't shut properly. I could live with that, it's Honduras. The real problem is service. Worst customer service I've seen in 30+ countries I've visited. We got locked out of our patio and called the front desk multiple times for help, no one ever came. A friend happened to have a wrench and we opened it...

“We have stayed at this property twice and both times we had exceptional service. Each time it only gets better. This time the electricity went out a few times due to maintenance. But that didn’t interrupt the service. The hotel was on top of everything. We look forward to staying there again in the near future.”

“No point to stay here. Lots of seaweeds, it's impossible to swim and snorkeling isn't great either. On top of that the food options are limited and disgusting and the owner is as nice as a kick in the arse. Do yourself a favor: spend a bit more and get a room in West Bay.”
