Hotel con palestra a Roatan

“La struttura molto bella esternamente con 3 belle piscine , il servizio alla reception quasi assente , le camere piccole e vecchie nella nostra stanze in 3 giorni il lampadarii su 3 luci ne funzionava 1 e mai nessuno ha cambiato le lampadine , avevamo una stanza molto piccola ed il letto scomodissimo , se viaggiate con persone in carrozzina troppe barriere architettoniche , la rampa per raggiungere i ristoranti aveva una pendenza assurda , ”

“The room had black mold. Water was dripping from the a/c on the floor and walls. The floor was wet and damaged. I contacted the owner for a new room and they refused to reimburse me or get a new room. His response was to contact front desk to fix and if I want a new room it was on me! Absolutely terrible experience and would never rent from again. I personally own rentals and would never have a tenant stay in a room with mold for any reason or liability. “The condo is perfectly located beach front and is well- equipped with dishes, utensils etc. The condo was fairly clean but when I got any water on the floor from coming in from the pool and dried it off, dirt was on the rags and paper towels. The stove is Induction which I was not familiar with and asked the owner where to find a manual for it and for the various devices like perhaps air cleaners and Bluetooth speakers attached to the walls, they told me that no instructions were available and...

“Well, this review is really easy to write. We had just spent a week in South House which was great! Then the bad news came down that we could not get out of Roatan because our flight was cancelled due to the big ice and snow storms. we made the best of it and Matt (property manager) ownership allowed us to RENT the North House for four nights.
