“Perfect location at Beach marker 6. Very clean property and friendly and welcoming staff. A/C in our room was cold!! Perfect for taking a break from the heat. I had a first floor room with 2 queen beds! And I was very impressed with how comfy their beds were. Only things I did not like was that there was no microwave in the room (completely forgot to check this when booking), the restroom has a interesting sliding door that doesn’t completely shut and easily slides back open if you don’t close...

“Bc of the impending hurricane, my family decided not to come to the beach on the dates of July 23-24. And bc I missed the deadline of getting a refund, I'm out the cost of a night at the hotel. I value my family's lives more than $$. I will not be using Expedia and am highly disappointed in IHG. I even tried to get the dates changed but no one would answer back to approve this changes. So this review will be less than a 1.”
